👉 Serveur(euse): Accueil clients, prise de commandes, savoir rythmer un service, bonne humeur et convivialité.
👉 Barman(aid): connaissance en réalisation de cocktails, savoir suivre une recette, rapidité et efficacité. Accueil client et sourire obligatoire.
👉 Cuisinier(ère)s: Cuisine du monde avec produits frais. Chaud, froid, pass, tapas : 4 éléments de notre cuisine qu’il faut savoir prend en main, gestion des stock, ponctualité et propreté exigée.
👉 Plongeur / homme ou femme d’entretien: toutes mains, entretien général de la cuisine et plonge. Service uniquement le soir
👉 Crêpier(ère): Indépendante de l’ensemble de l’équipe, il faut savoir entretenir et gérer son food truck. Réalisation et vente de crêpes et gaufres, encaissement, relation client et constance obligatoire.

👉 Bartender: knowledge of cocktails, knowing how to follow a recipe, speed and efficiency needed
👉 Cooks: cuisine from around the world, fresh produces. Cooking , cold section, pass, tapas : 4 elements of our kitchen that you need to know quickly. Stock management, punctuality and cleanliness required
👉 Kitchen hand: Man/woman all hands, general kitchen maintenance and washing
Service only in the evening.
